Chicken Stock

Description

A perfect base for making casseroles, soups, sauces and gourmet dishes.

Ingredients: Water, chicken stock (4%) (chicken, yeast extract, salt, chicken fat, dried vegetables (leek, onion), sugar, lemon juice concentrate, natural flavours, sage oil), sugar, tomato paste, acidity regulator: Lactic acid.

Ideas & Uses: The perfect base for a chicken and vegetable pie. Also a classic base for a risotto bianco. Deglaze a roasting tin with white wine, add flour then reduce this chicken stock to make gravy. Makes a fantastic base for Asian inspired soups and broths.
