Myers are traditional, family orientated bakers and confectioners that meet the demands of 21st century customers.

In 1901, Charles Myers baked his first batch of Lincolnshire plum loaves. Since that day five generations of the Myers family have continued the tradition with the same recipe.

Ingredients: Wheat  Flour (Wheat Flour (Gluten), calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), sultanas, water, currents, high ratio shortening (Palm, rape, palm oil fractions, emulsifier E471), sugar, fresh egg, yeast, all vegetable margarine with non hydrogenated oils (palm, rapeseed, sunflower, water, salt, emulsifier: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids E475, flavouring: curcumin E100 annatto E160b, mixed peel (orange and lemon peel in varying proportions, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity adjuster, citric acid E330), salt, Milk powder, softening agent (water, emulsifiers: E471 and E472e, acetic acid), bread improver (soya flour, acidity regulator E170, emulsifiers E472e and E481, wheat flour, flour treatment agent E300, enzyme preparation), ground ginger.

Myers famous Lincolnshire Plum loaf is delicious served sliced and buttered. But why not try it with any fine cheese and crisp apple, or perhaps your favourite preserve.
